Bringing decades of experience in safety and operational leadership, Anthony Lavazza has been appointed Vice President of Operations at Stone Solutions and Research Collective (S2RC). His addition marks a strategic step forward as S2RC continues to expand its operational footprint into industrial solutions.
Lavazza’s background spans military safety, federal safety compliance, and industrial training leadership. In this role, he will oversee core operational functions supporting the growth of S2RC’s Industrial Solutions portfolio, including delivery of risk-mitigating safety programs, deployment of digital training platforms, and execution of compliance strategies across manufacturing and infrastructure environments.
Prior to joining S2RC, Lavazza founded National Safety Group, directing complex safety training engagements across semiconductor and critical infrastructure programs. He also held the role of Compliance Officer at the U.S. Department of Labor (OSHA), where he led enforcement of federal safety regulations across construction, energy, and logistics sectors.
A veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, Lavazza served for over a decade as a Ground Safety Manager and Bulk Fuel Specialist. He is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and OSHA Outreach Instructor, with academic credentials including an M.S. in Occupational Safety and Health from Eastern Kentucky University and a B.S. in Health Science from Arizona State University.
Lavazza’s appointment supports S2RC’s strategic focus on scaling Industrial Solutions, including modernization of workplace safety systems, integration of AI-enabled training platforms, and development of ergonomic human-machine interfaces for high-risk commercial environments. His leadership enhances S2RC’s ability to deliver operational tools that improve safety, efficiency, and decision-making across manufacturing, logistics, and infrastructure sectors.
Please join us in congratulating Anthony on his new role. His experience will directly support safer, more efficient, and digitally modernized industrial operations.
