Ritz Safety and S2RC Form Strategic Alliance to Modernize Industrial Safety and Workforce Training

Ritz Safety and Stone Solutions and Research Collective (S2RC) have announced a strategic partnership to deliver next-generation safety and training solutions by combining military-grade innovation with trusted safety services and equipment. The collaboration brings together Ritz Safety’s national leadership in compliance, training, and personal protective equipment (PPE) with S2RC’s proven expertise in AI, immersive simulation, and human-centered system design.

This alliance provides a comprehensive safety modernization platform tailored for high-risk industries such as manufacturing, logistics, construction, and utilities.

Field-Tested Technology Adapted for Industry

S2RC’s core systems were originally developed through U.S. Department of Defense initiatives, including the Air Force’s Multi-Capable Airmen training programs. These systems were engineered for disconnected, high-stakes environments and are now being adapted to serve industrial clients seeking resilient, intuitive training and compliance solutions delivered in various form factors from traditional phones and tablets to immersive Mixed Reality and Augmented Reality systems.

Ritz Safety complements this with a full suite of safety services, training programs, and equipment delivery capabilities. The result is a combined offering that spans equipment, instruction, compliance, and digital training systems.

What the Partnership Delivers:

On-Site Services and Equipment Distribution

Ritz Safety delivers frontline PPE, safety staffing, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance support through its national distribution footprint. S2RC adds digital systems for safety documentation, compliance, and fractional safety leadership.

Immersive and Instructor-Led Training

Training programs feature S2RC’s certified instructors delivering core safety topics, supported by XR and simulation-based modules. These programs allow learners to practice high-risk tasks in safe, realistic environments that improve retention and response.

Custom Curriculum and LMS Integration

The combined team designs multilingual, OSHA-aligned modules deployable in Learning Management Systems (LMS). Offerings include OSHA 10 and 30 equivalents, site-specific orientations, and equipment-based training for topics such as fall protection and powered industrial trucks.

AI-Enabled Training Tools

S2RC integrates offline-capable LLM modules providing synthetic SME capabilities via digital twins and Unity-based OpenXR interfaces to support procedural walkthroughs, just-in-time learning, and post-training reinforcement. These systems are designed to operate in low-connectivity environments and are proven effective under military-grade requirements.

Aligned Values and Shared Commitment

Ritz Safety and S2RC share a belief that meeting OSHA, ANSI, and NFPA 70E requirements with an emphasis on operational integration and performance sustainment is critical to industry. Together, they design systems that are intuitive, accessible, and adaptable to the needs of frontline workers and safety leaders alike.
Each deployment is tailored to the client’s environment and includes metrics for performance tracking, stakeholder engagement, and cultural alignment. The goal is to embed safety as a core operational value.

Already Delivering Results

The partnership is currently supporting a large-scale deployment for a confidential Fortune 500 manufacturer. Hundreds of employees are engaged in training programs that blend instructor-
