S2RC Recognized as ElevateEdAZ Employer Partner in Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation Newsletter

Stone Solutions and Research Collective (S2RC) was recently featured in the Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation’s Community in Focus newsletter as one of this year’s new ElevateEdAZ employer partners.

ElevateEdAZ connects Arizona students with employers, educators, and career exploration opportunities that help bridge the gap between classroom learning and the workforce. Through employer partnerships, students gain exposure to real industries, practical skills, and career pathways that support long-term workforce growth across Arizona.

As an ElevateEdAZ employer partner, S2RC will help students better understand career pathways in defense, engineering, research, technology, safety, applied R&D, and human systems integration. These fields are increasingly important to Arizona’s economy, but many students have limited visibility into what those careers look like in practice.

S2RC’s work sits at the intersection of people, systems, training, and technology. The company helps organizations improve how people perform and how systems operate in high-stakes environments, including defense, industrial, commercial, and workforce training settings. By participating in ElevateEdAZ, S2RC aims to give students practical insight into how technical careers solve real-world problems.

“Students need exposure to the careers shaping Arizona’s future,” said Rick Stone, CEO of S2RC. “Through ElevateEdAZ, we have the opportunity to show students how defense, engineering, research, technology, safety, and human-centered systems come together in the real world. If we want a stronger workforce tomorrow, we have to help students see those pathways today.”

This recognition reflects S2RC’s continued commitment to workforce development, career exploration, and community impact across the Greater Phoenix region. By supporting programs that connect education with industry, S2RC is helping strengthen the next generation of talent and expand awareness of high-impact career opportunities available in Arizona.
