S2RC selected for the PropelAZ Semiconductor Supplier Program

Stone Solutions and Research Collective, LLC (S2RC) has been selected to participate in the PropelAZ Semiconductor Supplier Program, a supplier-development initiative designed to help Arizona small and mid-sized businesses prepare for opportunities within the semiconductor supply chain.

Beginning August 3, 2026, S2RC will participate in expert-led advising, semiconductor industry curriculum, hands-on training, and business development activities focused on operational readiness, workforce capability, financial preparedness, and contracting.

The program will provide S2RC with greater insight into the operational, quality, workforce, and supplier requirements of semiconductor manufacturers and their supporting partners. Participation will also help the company evaluate how its existing industrial capabilities can be applied within Arizona’s expanding semiconductor ecosystem.

“Arizona’s investment in semiconductor manufacturing and development represents a once-in-a-generation opportunity for our state,” said Rick Stone, Founder and CEO of S2RC. “It has the potential to create high-quality jobs, strengthen our industrial base, and position Arizona as a critical contributor to the nation’s technology and manufacturing future. We are proud to participate in PropelAZ and to strengthen our ability to support the companies driving that growth.”

S2RC is a human-centered systems company that helps organizations improve how people perform and how systems operate in high-stakes environments. In industrial and commercial settings, the company supports clients through workforce training, Human Systems Engineering, safety and compliance services, technical documentation, systems optimization, and tools that improve access to approved information at the point of need.

S2RC’s industrial approach is centered on closing the gap between written requirements and field execution. The company develops job-specific training, field-ready procedures, practical safety and operational support, and structured documentation that helps organizations improve consistency across workers, shifts, contractors, and facilities.

For semiconductor manufacturers and suppliers, these capabilities may support challenges such as workforce onboarding, task-specific training, equipment and maintenance procedures, safety execution, documentation control, and consistent access to approved work instructions.

“Semiconductor operations depend on disciplined processes, a capable workforce, and consistent execution,” Stone said. “PropelAZ will help us better understand the sector’s specific requirements while strengthening the internal processes and industry knowledge necessary to pursue future supplier opportunities responsibly.”

Through its participation in PropelAZ, S2RC will continue developing its understanding of semiconductor-sector expectations while improving the business and operational systems needed to support future growth.

The selection also aligns with S2RC’s broader commitment to building relationships within Arizona’s industrial community and supporting the continued growth of advanced manufacturing across the state.
