As part of S2RC’s expansion into defense-sector growth and government engagement, Dylan Boss has joined the company as Defense Business Development Manager (SkillBridge) through the Department of Defense (DoD) SkillBridge Program.
In this role, Dylan supports business development activities across S2RC’s defense-focused portfolio. His responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, conducting market research, developing pipeline strategies, and managing proposal development from initial solicitation through submission. He plays a key role in translating engineering inputs into compliant, client-aligned responses, while also contributing to marketing and stakeholder engagement efforts.
Dylan brings seven years of experience in the U.S. Air Force, where he served as a Cybersecurity and IT Specialist supporting enterprise networks and classified systems at Langley Air Force Base and the Pentagon. His background includes system administration, vulnerability management, and cybersecurity compliance. Now transitioning into the civilian sector, Dylan is building on that foundation through SkillBridge to apply his technical and operational knowledge to federal business development.
Dylan’s participation is part of a structured SkillBridge placement designed to provide transitioning service members with real-world exposure to federal capture processes and proposal development. The role emphasizes skills such as federal acquisition navigation, technical storytelling, and cross-functional coordination across engineering, training, and executive teams. Dylan receives direct mentorship from senior leadership and works closely with subject matter experts, writers, and business strategists.
His onboarding reflects S2RC’s investment in long-term workforce development and its focus on delivering defense-relevant solutions in areas such as human systems engineering, immersive training, and applied AI technologies.
